It's hard to believe, but it's been an entire decade since Porchfest first came to West Philadelphia. On June 4, 2016, 30 porches across West Philly were transformed into performance stages for 75 local artists. In the years since, West Philly Porchfest has grown exponentially–often considered to be the Philadelphia music community's DIY Super Bowl.
Porchfest's tenth edition featured over 400 free performances across 190 West Philly porches, lawns, sidewalks, and businesses, introducing visitors from all over the region to the spirit of the city's music community. Something that, for once, is best illustrated through photography.
